Asparagus and Cheese Slow Cooker Recipe

Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds fresh asparagus, trimmed
  • 1 can (10 1/2 ounces) condensed cream of asparagus soup, undiluted
  • 1 cup crushed saltine crackers
  • ½ cup slivered almonds
  • 4 ounces American cheese, cubed
  • 1 egg
Instructions:
  1. Combine asparagus, soup, crackers, almonds, cheese and egg in Crockpot™ slow cooker; toss to coat. Cover; cook on HIGH 2 hours.
