Apricot and Brie Dip Slow Cooker Recipe

Ingredients:
  • ½ cup dried apricots, finely chopped
  • ⅓ cup plus 1 tablespoon apricot preserves, divided
  • ¼ cup apple juice
  • 1 round wheel Brie cheese (2 pounds), rind removed and cut into cubes
  • Crackers, bread, or vegetables for dipping
Instructions:
  1. Combine dried apricots, ⅓ cup apricot preserves, and apple juice in Crockpot® slow cooker. Cover; cook on HIGH 40 minutes.
  2. Stir in cheese. Cover; cook on HIGH 30 to 40 minutes or until cheese is melted. Stir in remaining 1 tablespoon preserves. Turn slow cooker to LOW.
  3. Serve with your favorite crackers, bread, or vegetables.
