Apple Cinnamon Rolls Slow Cooker Recipe

Ingredients:
  • 3 cans of cinnamon rolls
  • 2 cups peeled apples, chopped (honey crisp or granny smith)
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Icing
Instructions:
  1. Cut the cinnamon rolls into quarters. Butter the bottom and sides of your Crockpot® Slow Cooker or use nonstick cooking spray. Arrange half the cinnamon rolls on the bottom.
  2. Add the apples, and top with remaining cinnamon rolls.
  3. In a large measuring cup, whisk the eggs, heavy cream, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Pour the mixture over the cinnamon rolls.
  4. Add condensed milk. Cover; cook on HIGH 3 to 4 hours.
  5. Drizzle with icing and enjoy!
