Garlic Parmesan Mashed Potatoes Slow Cooker Recipe
These slow cooker garlic parmesan mashed potatoes are so creamy and dreamy! They require very little effort and make the perfect Thanksgiving side dish!
Ingredients:
- 3 pounds Yukon gold potatoes (peeled and chopped)
- 2 cups low-sodium vegetable broth
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 tablespoons butter
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 4 garlic cloves
- Milk or cream (as needed)
Instructions:
- Place the potatoes, broth, and garlic in your Crock-Pot® slow cooker.
- Cover, and cook on HIGH 3 to 4 hours or LOW 6 to 7 hours or until the potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.
- Using a hand masher, mash the potatoes until smooth. Stir in the butter, sour cream, oregano, and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add a splash of warm milk or cream as needed until the desired temperature is reached.
