Salt and pepper the beef, to taste. Place in Crockpot™ slow cooker . Add 2 cups water. cook on high for 5 hours. Remove and slice thin. Keep juices from meat. Return to Crockpot™ slow cooker.
In sauce pan on stove put in cans of beef gravy, ketchup, onion, vinegar, cloves, brown sugar, salt, and pepper. Simmer ½ hour. Remove onion.
After you return meat to Crockpot™ slow cooker, add beef gravy mixture . When it is simmering, add dry mix. Stir well and cook another hour.
Cook noodles according to package in salted water. Drain. Add butter and saute noodles about 5 minutes on high heat. Serve meat and gravy on noodles.
