1-2-3 Chili Slow Cooker Recipe

Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 3 cans (about 15 ounces each) chili beans in mild or spicy sauce, undrained
  • 3 cans (8 ounces each) tomato sauce
  • Salt and black pepper
  • Optional toppings: shredded Cheddar cheese, sliced green onions and/or red pepper flakes
Instructions:
  1. Season beef with salt and black pepper. Brown beef 6 to 8 minutes in large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring to break up meat. Drain fat.
  2. Combine beef, onion, garlic, beans and tomato sauce in Crockpot™ slow cooker; stir to blend. Cover; cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours. Top as desired.
