3 cans (about 15 ounces each) chili beans in mild or spicy sauce, undrained
3 cans (8 ounces each) tomato sauce
1 cup beef broth
Optional toppings: shredded Cheddar cheese, sliced green onions and/or red pepper flakes
Instructions:
Season beef with salt and pepper. Brown beef in Crockpot™ Express Pressure Cooker on HIGH 10 minutes, stirring to break up meat. Add onion and garlic to Cooking Pot. Cook 2 minutes or until onion is softened. Drain fat.
Add beans, tomato sauce and broth to Cooking Pot; mix well. Secure lid. Press BEANS/CHILI, set temperature to LOW and time to 10 minutes. Make sure Steam Release Valve is in the "Seal" (closed) position. Press START/STOP.
Once cooking is complete, natural release pressure 10 minutes. Release remaining pressure. Serve with desired toppings.
