Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't Get This Crock-Pot I received this Crock-Pot for Christmas this year. I've used it only a few times. The first few times I just thought that the time on the screen went away but still was working. However, I realized today while trying to make a meal that it completely shuts off in the middle of cooking. This is SUCH a pain. I looked it up to see if this was normal and by the reviews, it looks like it is. This is so disappointing, and I wish I had a Crock-Pot that actually worked.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Same as the others... It was a gift from Costco from a friend, so I cannot return mine to Costco, but like another reviewer, one of the rubber feet had broken off and was rattling inside the slow cooker. I figured this wasn't terribly important to the cooking so I didn't worry about it. Mine functioned on low just fine. Recently I have tried to use the high setting. Both times, the cooker cut off after half an hour. I have reached out to Crockpot customer service, and I hope they will stand by their product and replace. This was disappointing.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from The worst Crock Pot I’ve had a few Crock Pots over the years - some hand-me-downs and a couple I’ve purchased I have never had one this bad. The first time, it worked perfectly, the second time it just kept shutting off. So much for corned beef and cabbage St Patrick’s dinner!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from DO NOT BUY!!!! Like many of the reviews for this Crock Pot, this product is defective and will randomly shut off. I think Crock Pot knows they have a defective product and tried to offload it on Costco. I do not want Crock Pot to make me call customer service to tell me that I have to work with Costco, I want Crock Pot to deliver a product a works. This is how you ruin brand reputation. Shame on you for not recalling this horribly made product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible crockpot I have used this crockpot 3 times was so excited about the size and the locking lid but, it shuts off off or the digital screen just starts flickering. My old 1980’s crock pot was the best ever wish I’d kept it! Guess I’m going back to Costco too! Shame on you Crock Pot for not recalling this item which is obviously defective! I’m going to have to finish my corned beef in the oven hope it gets done in time! Awful product!!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Way too hot We purchased this crock-pot about 18 months ago it always overcooked on low setting. Lately the last eight months or so we've been using our 40ty year old crock-pot so our meals don't turn in to mush. So this last month we started testing this crock pot. We filled pot with water and kept it on for 48 hours on each setting. Below are the results. high setting 202-209 degrees low setting 194-197 degrees warm setting 187-193 degrees WAY TOO HOT!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Same problem as everyone else My boyfriend and I just moved into our new home right before Christmas and this was a house warming gift from his parents(also bought it at Costco). This is only the 2nd time I’ve used it and after about 30 mins it shuts off. I thought I was going crazy the first time I used it. But now after reading everyone’s struggles it must be a defective model. So incredibly disappointed...
