Rated 1 out of 5 by from Keeps turning off We bought this at Costco, and like many others have discovered it keeps shutting off. The last time I used it it was turning off as frequently as every 20 minutes. It is unusuable, but Costco won’t take it back. Very disappointed

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Won't Stay On My wife mentioned to a lady at church that the one thing she didn't get for Christmas was a slow cooker with a sealable lid so she could easily bring dishes to church potlucks. A couple weeks later, the sweet lady gave one to her. She shelved the old faithful slow cooker and began using this one only to come home from church on the fifth or sixth use to discover an uncooked meal. The next time she used it, she couldn't get it to stay on for more than 20-30 minutes without having to restart it. The old Crock Pot is still going strong after nearly nine years and the new one was done after less than a year. Glad we kept the old one!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Does not work The digital display started to scramble as soon as the pot got hot the first time. The second time I used it, it did not work at all.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from The worst!!! Got this and it doesn’t cook on low and on high it burns, such a poor excuse for a crockpot. My last one I had for 7 years worked so good but I cracked it and got this one. Such a bad decision

Rated 1 out of 5 by from They should have a no star for this product It shuts off before the end of the setting. I started some bean soup this morning but the crock pot has shut off 3 times during the day. I had it set for 8 hours. I have no idea how many hour it actually has been cooking. No soup for me tonight!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Will not stay on My husband bought this crockpot as a gift for me from Costco. It constantly shuts off and I have already tried reaching out to Crock Pot about it. I was told without a receipt, there was nothing they would do; so contacting the Service Department is a fruitless venture. I was never able to cook one thing in this crockpot, and all I wanted was a replacement.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Keeps shutting off We've puchased this from Costco and have had it less than a year. I have used it several times without issue. We noticed over the weekend that it keeps turning off. We had turned it on yesterday and left to go to a friends house. We came home to find it turned off and our dinner not ready. I'm trying to use it again today and it keeps shutting off. When on low or keep warm it makes a buzzing noise that does not happen on high.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from This product is affordable. It works pretty good This pot outside is hotter than other brands such as Bella. The handles is little flimsy, feels like its gonna break when carry pot of cooked food. The good side is I have not experienced auto shutoff.
