Rated 1 out of 5 by MegRS08 from Not the greatest I bought this back in January and I have used this a total of maybe 5 times. The first time I used this I made pot roast. Put it on slow cooker mode. Should have been simple and great. The meat was not soft or tender at all. I thought maybe I did something wrong. Second time I used it. I made another simple meal , chicken with enchilada sauce. The chicken was tuff. So I gave up and waited. I used it again with my boyfriend. Didn't turn out great. So I haven't used it for a while. I cooked a stew type of thing today. It was on slow cooker mode from 4:30 till 5pm. Why was the carrot and potatoes still hard!!?? I don't know why I keep using this thing. My original crockpot is the best ever! Why can't this work??

Rated 5 out of 5 by Audra from Delicious quick dinners! I have had this since 2017. I use it at least 3 times a week. Easy to use and clean. I dropped the lid and broke the bobber, customer service sent another one quickly and free of charge!

Rated 3 out of 5 by Prettyinblue from Hit and miss I got this as a Christmas gift in 2017 and love everything about it but one feature. The slow cooker feature comes as a disappointment for me and have tried it twice now. First time was with chicken legs and they were still raw. I put them in my oven to finish cooking. My second time I cooked a pound of red beans with 8 cups of water, seasoning, and sausage for 4 hours but the beans were still hard. I then used the bean/chili setting and it worked great. I also dropped the insert once and it is bent now. It is harder to get the lid on and off. The replacement price for the insert isn't a bad price but they get you with the shipping cost. I would recommend this product but don't use the slow cooker setting and DO NOT drop the insert.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Kathrynm22 from Great pot! I've had mine for about 8 months. I've made soups, chilis, bread pudding, yogurt, pulled pork and thinks have turned out great. Just be sure you're using a pressure cooker recipe (or slow cooler recipe) for whatever you're making. Love it! My only complaint is that the inside of the pot without the liner looks very similar to the liner pot. So now twice I have put a bunch of ingredients into the pot without the liner in it, but I've rinsed it out and it has always come clean and been usable afterwards. This is my mistake, but I wish it just looked a little bit more different to the eye than the liner does

Rated 5 out of 5 by Tuts from Crock knew what they were doing with their pot! I had the same crockpot for YEARS. One day while getting it out of its designated cabinet, the crock part of the pot fell, and cracked. Devastated, and wanting stew - I only had mere minutes to replace if supper would be served on time. I decided to call a friend for a vent session - she had mentioned a pressure cooker. Leary of kitchen explosives, I turned her down. Until I got in the store. I compared the crock pot express cooker to the instapot - and crock won hands down. Non stick liner, better and sturdier design, not to mention Crock Pot basically made the countertop kitchen appliance game. I love this thing so much that I’ve convinced 3 friends and even my boyfriends parents to go buy one. Seriously and sincerely, thank you, Crock Pot.
