Hello, Thank you for reaching out to us. For Classic Manual Slow Cookers, you can select from three temperature settings. Low is recommended for slow &quot;all-day&quot; cooking. Typically, one hour on HIGH is equivalent to approximately 1&frac12; to 2 hours on LOW. For more precise cooking times, please refer to your specific recipe. After cooking, it's important to manually switch the setting to 'Warm' to maintain the cooked food at the perfect serving temperature until you're ready to eat. However, we advise against keeping food on the warm setting for more than 4 hours. I hope this information helps.
