Rated 5 out of 5 by deerlover from Awesome lunch crockpot I was honestly so excited to buy these mini crockpots. They come in so handy for your work area. They don’t take up much room, so if you have a way to plug them in, you can keep your food warm all day or plug it in an hour before hand. My husband keeps one on his toolbox all winter long so he can warm up our homemade soups or store-bought soups. I have found out that it is actually spill-proof. The lid snaps down very tightly. We love to take ours camping with us. I will add that you can’t change the temperature so if you were expecting that feature, you will not find it in these mini crockpots. It does keep the food very warm though.

I love that I can bring leftovers from home and have an actual hot meal without relying on a microwave. I usually plug it in about 1–2 hours before I’m ready to eat, and my food comes out evenly warmed not dried out or rubbery. The size is perfect for a single serving of soup, pasta, rice bowls, or leftovers, and it fits easily in a lunch bag. Cleanup is simple since the inner container is removable and easy to wash. I also appreciate that it heats gently, so food doesn’t burn or overcook. The only downside is that it doesn’t heat instantly, so it does require a little planning ahead. But once you get used to that, it’s not an issue at all. Overall, it’s super convenient, reliable, and perfect for workdays or anywhere you want a warm lunch without hassle. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re tired of cold lunches or communal microwaves.

I use this to heat up leftovers, soups, and oatmeal when I’m needing to have lunch at my desk at work. It is super easy to use, and it gets my food to be the perfect temperature in just a couple hours.

I teach middle school SPED and it’s easy for me to just plug on my meal and heat it up from my desk. My food never burns or gets hot to the point it boils over. It’s so compact and fits perfectly in my work bag.

I don't have a microwave in my office so I typically bring in lunches like salads or cold cut sandwiches. This has changed up my lunch game since I've had it. I have been making homemade soups and chili's, and each night I fill the inner container and put it in the fridge with the lid on overnight. In the morning, I just grab the container, put it inside the outer heating portion, twist on the outer lid and toss it in my bag. Once at work, I plug it in and by lunch it's completely heated through and ready to eat. The cleanup is easy as the inner container and lid are dishwasher safe. I also really like that the power cord is able to wrap around the base and is held in place. I have also had no issues with leaks occurring while in transit to work, which is a huge positive. Keep in mind, this is a food warmer and is not intended to actually cook something like chicken from raw, but it works great for its intended purpose. I look forward to continue using this in the future and plan to purchase as a gift for a family member during the holidays as well.
