Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great value. Have had this for 6 years and am going to buy another one. Those that complain about the lid melting in an oven must not have read the manual., it says lid is NOT OVEN safe. Arizona gets hot in the summer , who wants to put a roast in the oven, not me. With both working put your meal in the crock and set it and forget it. The meal is done when you get home. I love it

Rated 1 out of 5 by from What happened to my favorite appliance? I have had only 2 crockpots for about 40 years. YES, YES that many years and have LOVED, LOVED IT! Great meals I could always count on. Recently the 6 qt. Oval stoneware bowl cracked. So wanting and needing a new one I went shopping and looked for a new one. In reading reviews, many said it cooked too hot, but some didn't seem to have a problem. And because I loved it so much I decided to take a chance! The NEGATIVE REVIEWS WERE RIGHT. So sad , but you screwed up a great product. I guess in the name of more money. It wrecked a great meal my INSTANT POT COOKED PERFECTLY. BUT I WANTED A CROCKPOT! This is one very unhappy ex-customer!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from SO disappointed! I have owned three Crock Pots since 1978. They USED to be an excellent appliance for working families. My last Crock Pot lasted almost 23 years! The most recent one, the 7 qt, is a substandard product. It has three legs which makes this unit unsteady to slide, so do not do it. It's cheaply made and is a light construct, which when dealing with a ceramic pot, should be heavier. I liked this unit because of the original simplicity known with these appliances. I do not need programmable, wifi, bluetooth, or any other technology....what's the point? To put dinner in the Crock Pot before work and it be ready when I get home is still the best idea from Rival. Disappointed in this unit is an understatement.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from The lid melted! I’ve had a round crock pot for 25 years and wanted an oval one. I put a frozen pot roast in it at 350 degrees and put in the oven to speed up the cooking process and the lid melted! I can’t find a replacement lid anywhere!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Need replacement stoneware We have had this crock-pot for a number of years and just recently it cracked from end-to-end (user error, not product default). How do I go about getting replacement stoneware for this product?

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Unstable I recently purchased this crock pot for a family gathering. I've used this particular item once (but I have had many crock pot/slow cookers over the years). Upon preparing to use, I realized it only has 3 "legs," which makes it unstable. Rearranging my buffet took extra care as this crock pot is heavy when full, but cannot "slide" without risk of tipping. Who would design a product that's made to heat food (ie get HOT) with such an unstable footprint? It heated my food as expected, but I am quite disappointed in the design. Seems someone was not thinking.
