Ingredients:
    • 1 slab Baby Back Ribs
    • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
    • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
    • 1 teaspoon ground mustard
    • 2 teaspoons chili powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    • 1 tablespoon onion powder
    • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
    • 1/3 cup brown sugar
    • 2 cups BBQ sauce
    • 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
    • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
    • 1/4 cup whiskey
    • Salt
    • Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Remove skin from the back of the ribs. Pat the ribs dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, paprika, ground mustard, chili powder, cayenne pepper, onion powder, and red pepper flakes. Coat both sides of the ribs with dry rub.
  3. Pour BBQ sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, whiskey, and Worcestershire sauce into your Crockpot® Slow Cooker. Mix ingredients together inside slow cooker.
  4. Cut the slab of ribs in half, and place into your slow cooker. Cover the top of the ribs with the BBQ sauce mixture from the bottom of the slow cooker.
  5. Cover; cook on LOW for 6 hours. Once ribs are finished cooking, place them onto a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
  6. Coat the ribs with the remaining BBQ sauce mixture. Broil in the oven for 3 to 5 minutes on the middle rack.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
