Bacon Ranch Chicken Salad Sandwiches Slow Cooker Recipe

Ingredients:
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 5 teaspoons ranch seasoning and salad dressing mix
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 4 tablespoons bacon pieces, chopped
  • Toasted bread or roll of your choice
Instructions:
  1. Place chicken breasts into your Crockpot® Slow Cooker.
  2. Pour broth over chicken and add 1 tablespoon of ranch seasoning and salad dressing mix.
  3. Cover; cook on LOW for 4 hours. After cooking, remove chicken and place on a cutting board. Cut chicken into small pieces or shred chicken.
  4. Place chicken into medium-sized bowl and add remaining ranch seasoning and salad dressing mix, mayonnaise, and bacon pieces. Stir to combine.
  5. Serve on toasted bread and enjoy!
