Bacon Ranch Chicken Salad Sandwiches Slow Cooker Recipe
Lunchtime has never been better with this easy-to-make summer sandwich.
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 5 teaspoons ranch seasoning and salad dressing mix
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- 4 tablespoons bacon pieces, chopped
- Toasted bread or roll of your choice
Instructions:
- Place chicken breasts into your Crockpot® Slow Cooker.
- Pour broth over chicken and add 1 tablespoon of ranch seasoning and salad dressing mix.
- Cover; cook on LOW for 4 hours. After cooking, remove chicken and place on a cutting board. Cut chicken into small pieces or shred chicken.
- Place chicken into medium-sized bowl and add remaining ranch seasoning and salad dressing mix, mayonnaise, and bacon pieces. Stir to combine.
- Serve on toasted bread and enjoy!
