You can't get those results with any old plastic bag. Crock-Pot® Slow Cooker Liners are made out of a special nylon material that gets the job done at any cooking temperature. It's BPA-free and good for any heat up to 400 degrees. The only thing you have to worry about is using appropriate utensils to stir. Stick with wood, plastic or nylon to ensure the liner doesn't rip.

The Classic Method
