  3. More fiber, but less from whole grains - fruits and vegetables are stressed.
  4. Higher levels of monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats.
  5. Less salt, more potassium.
  6. Balance between dietary alkaline and dietary acid intake.
  7. Greater overall intake of plant products, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals.

Since foods that are part of The Paleo Diet are only those that could have been consumed by natural means, you're only enjoying raw goods that are replete with healthy nutrients.
