Rated 5 out of 5 by Patm Customer Service is tops! During the past holidays we used our crockpot whose lid handles were broken. It worked but lost heat in the cooking process. Afterwards I went out and purchased another one as a gift for a friend. Then I called customer service to see what they could do to help a faithful 'crockpot devotee'. They surprised me with a completely new one at no cost to replace my broken one. Now that is forward thinking. The news of their gift is now spreading. Crockpot is a premiere company who wants to keep their customers and spread good tidings. January 11, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by Lisa Great Deal I looked for crock pots for a Christmas gift. The deal of getting one big crock pot and 2 smaller ones for lunches was great!! I gave one of these to my daughter for Christmas and she loves it. She gave one of the 2 lunch pots to a friend who loves it and has used it several times. I ordered one for myself and can't wait to use it. It is a great idea to be able to put your lunch in a pot and plug it in. Better than using a microwave that reportedly destroys nutrients in your food. Thank you Crock Pot for offering this great deal!! January 9, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Lexan Incredible deal on a great set I had been eyeing the little Mini Crocks for a while, but they were just a little too expensive to try out without any reviews. However, when I got the email from Crock-Pot with the option to purchase two of them, along with a full sized slow cooker for a price that couldn't be beat , I jumped all over it. Shipping was ridiculously fast, I think I got the notification that my package had shipped the day before it arrived, which was only three days after it was ordered. The first thing I did was pull out the Mini Crocks. First thing you notice is that they are adorable. Like little R2D2 shaped lunch buckets. There is a space in the base to wrap the cord around and secure the plug so it still sits flat. The handle for the lid is easy to grasp and remove to get to the inner crock. This lifts easily out, is a great size for a meal, and has a nicely sealing lid. The directions don't give a time frame for warming up food, which is all I thought it did, so I gave it to my man and let him take venison chili to work. I filled the insert the night before and put it in the 'fridge. In the morning I pulled it out, slipped it into the cute warmer and sent him on his way. He plugged it in when he got to work, and called me in about three hours to let me know that it was already smoking hot and smelling delish. It was the perfect size for him, and he can eat. He rinsed it out, wrapped up the cord and it was all neat and ready to be brought home. We have since used it for soups and stews and chilis, he carries it almost every day. We will attempt to actually cook in it one of these days, just for kicks. Oh, yeah, a full sized Crock-Pot came with the set as well, and is used just as often as the babies. We use it to cook the food that goes into the baby Crock to take for lunch! December 14, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by MrsMcGee Alternative Use For Lunch Crock My comments focus on the new lunch crock. I was delighted to have the combination of 2 lunch crocks and 6-quart crock and carry--the price was right! I like that the 6 quart has handles for easier transport. It will be a gift for my brother who regularly makes chili for friends. I have been using crock pots since their beginning with the cumbersome to clean, immovable inserts. So I have had extensive experience and despite the hot spots in current versions, still buy this brand (silly me?). I love the concept of this latest product--the lunch crock. I would have preferred a filler other than the aluminum one--perhaps a lighter weight version of the traditional insert? While I saw that somone uses plastic storage containers, I haven't had the guts to try that. Also, the internal plastic lid has stayed warped since the first use; there must be a better alternative, and preferably see through. I have used this 20 ounce warmer to cook oatmeal overnight. That is my experiment--I like the results. Today's low setting for the other crock pots is too high--overnight, steel cut oats become mush--and there are hot spots. (I'm still thinking about resurrecting my old little crock pot from the garage; cooking temperature was perfect--like the lunch crock, it also did not have an on-off switch. The lunch crock's temperature is closest to "warm" of current crock pots; this is a similar setting to my 80's-90's smallest crock pot.) I tested the lunch crock with Coach's oats which are between rolled oats and steel cut oats. I added a cut up apple and sunflower seeds and water, about an inch below the fill line. The result overnight (actually an hour or two longer) was a nicely cooked oatmeal for breakfast that just needed a bit of stirring for better consistency as there was some clumping at the bottom of the container. A good start and with more experiments I expect very good results. It doesn't get much better than this! December 24, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by FredV Very good and reliable product. This is a new crock pot that I have purchased after owing one for over 5 years. It has all the features I need and performs very well and keeps the food nice and warm for a long time. Also very easy to clean, no problems at all. I also like the two mini crock pots that came with it. January 19, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Mika Best deal i got all season The price was a steal! My husband and kids love the little crock pots. My husband uses it to take hot meals to work. My daughter used one to take some hot dip to a pot luck. I love the locking lid so I can take the meals to my dad's house. December 19, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by missd36 Great Gift! I was the purchaser not the end user. However, For the price this was a great deal and the free shipping was a PLUS!! I split my bundle and gave the crock pot to one person and the mini lunch crocks to another. I was told the portable mini lunch crock was the best gift ever and she was asked by many where did she get it from. They are highly recommended. January 10, 2013
