Rated 5 out of 5 by Love this Crock Pot! I have owned this Crock Pot for over a year and have had no problems with it. I use it at least weekly and it cooks perfectly every time. The programmable timer is great so you can leave the house and not worry about your meal overcooking. The timer is accurate and dependable and switches to "warm" as advertised after the cooking time has elapsed. I wash the interior pot and lid in the dishwasher and wipe the outside down with a sponge for easy clean up. I highly recommend this product. April 1, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Crock-Pot SCCPVSC609-S I recently purchased this item ... and I used it for the first time on Sunday, November 10... It worked great for me ... just as I expected it to work ... the vegetables tasted great and the meat tasted just as good ... no under-cooking or over-cooking ... Of course, I was careful in the amount of water i put in .. did not want to have burning or over-boiling ... This is the first time i use a Crock-Pot in over 30 years and I am very happy with it. I would recommend it to anyone who might be thinking of buying one. November 11, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Product Needs Fixed I purchased this crock-pot as a replacement for one in which the light indicators on the base stopped working...Yes, I use my crock-pot a lot! I do not recommend this crock-pot. After using it a couple times, starting on HIGH, the food began to boil after a few hours. I turned it to low and after an hour, the food was still boiling. The next time I started cooking using LOW, it boiled again after a few hours. I then moved it to warm as I had a family member coming home late one night and again, while on warm for over an hour the food was still boiling. I called crock-pot and they said the High and Low do reach the same temperature, low takes more time to reach the same temp, but warm should definitely be a lower temp and not boil and suggested I return it. My old one did not ever boil on high or low, and food came out hot/great. I returned the item and exchanged for a new one, same model. Used it a couple of times and again had the same problem. I will be returning this crock-pot for a refund. I have since searched online and found a crock-pot very similar to my old one and it works great. I suggest Crock-Pot pull this model from shelves and fix the heating element temperatures so they are not boiling/burning food. February 16, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Broken. I received this crock-pot new as a gift for Christmas and I use it 3 times a week on average. I clean it according to the instructions and never leave it on or plugged in. It is the end of February (3 months after receiving it) and the electronics board is completely broken and the element doesn't turn on anymore. When it did work it cooked too fast and was too hot. Absolute piece of garbage. February 27, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Runs very hot and cooks too fast I tried this several times and food cooked too fast and / or was burnt. Lucky I was home to turn it off after just 2 hrs...suppose to take 6 hrs. The entire slow cooker was too hot to touch on the low setting. February 18, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by DONT WASTE UR MONEY!!! Its not the kinda crockpot where u can just put the ingredients in nd leave it for the day I noticed the high cooks fast it just boils on high heat so it cooks faster even on,low it still stays on high even warm I've only used it a couple of times can't bring it back either what a waste of money but I just have to figure out the time nd cook for a shorter time of the recommended time it cooks a few hours before the regular time September 26, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Feet fall off Rubber feet not properly anchored to body of Crock Pot. Feet came out 5 times during opening and a single use. Returned pot as defective. October 15, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Broken Owned this crock pot for about 5 months, loved it right up to the point where it suddenly stopped working for no reason. It wasn't damaged in anyway. I expected far more out of a product that I spent good money on. My previous crock pot lasted 15 years. December 20, 2013
