Rated 1 out of 5 by from Shortage Got this as a wedding gift in 2011, used to love this crockpot and raved to my friends about it. However, now when I turn it on and set the time, hit start it shuts off. It not the outlet. Some kind of shortage. Really disappointed because we really did like this crockpot. Too bad it only lasted a few years and warranty only covers 3.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent with a couple of issues... I've had this CrockPot for almost a year now and have used it extensively. It does the job and looks nice but watch out for the nice-looking handles. If you touch them anywhere but on the tiny black rubber pieces, you'll burn yourself. Also, let's talk about the digital display and buttons. First of all, you can't read how much time is left to cook unless you squat down so the display is at eye-level. And if you want to add time to the cooking, you must turn off the slow cooker and re-enter the new time, etc. I also have an older model that just has light up buttons for the heat and cook-time, but it can be adjusted and viewed much easier than this newer, more expensive, prettier model. I'm happy with my purchase but will get something else next time.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from lid handle Water and gunk got under the handle to the lid. When I removed it the screw was frozen and threads stripped. Now I have to order a new lid or? as that part alone does not seem available.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Don't know if touchscreen is working properly Mine is new and owners manual says it will beep when powered on and when you push start. Mine is silent.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great when it worked, short lifespan. Bought this about 2 years ago....when it worked I loved it! Did a great job cooking and had no issues with it, except if the power goes off and on, then it stays off....The display started to act funny and finally stopped working....Won't turn on. Disappointing since it is only 2 years old...My mom has one that's over 20 years...I liked the appearance, and digital look, but if it only works for 2 years then you have to get a new one....why bother...just get the original on/off or find a used one that you know will last compared to the newer versions....I even ordered a new stoneware when the original broke...thought I would have this a lot longer than I did....

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best one yet! I bought this unit last week and made soup beans (Brown Beans) in it yesterday. Cooked perfectly at 7 hrs but I let it cook to 8 hrs, as I did my last one. The extra hour was just more flavor. They were awesome! My last one would have taken 12 hours, it was definitely on its last leg after 10 years of constant use! Love that at the 8 hr mark it automatically went to warm. Love, love, love this crock pot!!!!!!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great item! I've been using this crock pot for about 6 months at least once a week and I love it. Nice to set it for the temp I want AND the time I need it to cook. Furthermore, it goes to the warm setting automatically once cooking is done. Great solid metal sturdy handles that all crock pots should have!!! They do get hot, but all slow cookers get very hot on the outside so really can't complain about that. I would've given it five stars, but I do have one complaint. I do not like that it has three "feet"; it doesn't sit as steady as I'd like it to. Should have four. I also think ALL crock pots should have longer cords.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Burns I set it for two hours less on low than the recipe and it still burned last night. I've thrown away multiple dinners. I'm not sure if I'm using it wrong or what but I've only had it a couple of months and I'm considering getting a different brand.
