Rated 1 out of 5 by from Crock cracked during cooking I loved it till the pot cracked during cooking. Your representative gave me a case number but said this pot nor replacement pot, even though I am approved for replacement. Now, with holidays approaching, I have no crock-pot. Can’t you send a different model if this model is no longer available? Frustrated to be eligible for replacement (she said she would send out a brand new one but neither Pot only nor full brand new one are available). So, send me a different programmable crock-pot!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Attractive for serving i bought this model so I could place it directly on the serving counter even for fancy entertaining. However I was surprised it did not have a retractable cord....that looks horrible on this otherwise attractive model. Extra expense for this model now not worth it for me. Large size a bit awkward to handle. Probably too big for just the two of us, even though I like to cook for several meals.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good buy I love this crockpot while learning to make some adjustments. You have to reduce your cooking time because it will overcook your food. It still tends to cook on warm. The lid does get junk under it

Rated 1 out of 5 by from touchscreen display unreadable I bought this for my 91 year old mother thinking that the touchscreen would be easy for her to read and operate. We just used it for the first time and the countdown timer is unreadable showing 88:88 regardless of whether we press the up or down arrow. It is obviously broken. The crockpot cooks but the countdown timer does not work.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Provide way to reset (reboot) My 6.5 programmable Crockpot with touch screen will turn on but will not let me select the hours & level of cooking and there is no way to reboot. I see there is another person who commented the same. My problem is that it occurred very early one morning before work when I put stuffing into it for a work event at lunch -- and nothing .... Additionally when it was working, it boiled the food no matter what temperature level I used. I just used your Live Chat and they said it was out of warranty. Now the dilemma -- what do I get for a replacement? I don't want it to boil my food -- I want it to slow cook. And, I want to be able to count on it. I just think of all the years I had my old one and it never died.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Finally a slow cooker thst doesn't boil everything I received a replacement unit when my stoneware crazed and started to grow a mold farm. New unit works like a slow cooker should, slowly. It does not boil food but cooks at roughly 203 degrees. I am super happy about this!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poor lid-handle design I've had this crock pot since last June ('15). It works ok but the lid has been a problem since day one. Moisture - and sometimes gunk - gets under the handle and the only way to clean it out is to take the handle off. I did that, and now it won't go back on since the screw stripped nearly instantly. If you read these comments you'll see that I'm not the first to complain about this. Crockpot would do well to redesign the lid and handle. Now I have to order another one if I want to keep using this slow cooker.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Shortage Got this as a wedding gift in 2011, used to love this crockpot and raved to my friends about it. However, now when I turn it on and set the time, hit start it shuts off. It not the outlet. Some kind of shortage. Really disappointed because we really did like this crockpot. Too bad it only lasted a few years and warranty only covers 3.
