Crock-Pot® 6-Quart Countdown Digital Slow Cooker with Little Dipper® Warmer - Stainless Steel is rated 3.0 out of 5 by 74.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Useless I’ve had the 6 qt countdown digital slow cooker for about 18 months. I always followed the directions for the amount of food and liquid to put in it. I’ve used it about 5 times and every time I used it, my meal ended up scorched because there doesn’t seem to be any difference between the low and the high settings and the “keep warm” setting is way too hot (boiling) with no change from the high or low setting. The lid rattles almost constantly while the contents are cooking and liquid bubbles over and spatters all over the surrounding area. I think the lid needs to be heavier so that this doesn’t happen. I’ve tried to adjust my cooking times but nothing has worked and this kind of defeats the purpose if I have to stay close by and watch it. Today (the sixth time ever used) the crock pot just stopped working. It starts cooking and then after a random period of time it turns itself off. I had my first crock pot for 30 years and it never failed but I needed something larger. This is a disappointment.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Worked great while it lasted. I've had this for a couple years and maybe use it 6-8 times per year. Died on me the other day.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from burns food on low I purchased 6 qtr. unit, because my 4 qtr. was to small sometime. It cooks ok on high but low burns the food. Crock pot explained to me that is the way it is designed to work. If I wish to cook anything on low I just go back to my small crock pot.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cooks way too hot! Boils on High, on Low and even on Keep Warm!!! This can't be right! Luckily, I have an old crockpot, but I like the fact that this will "supposedly" go to a Keep Warm setting if I can't get home in time to turn it off. Does the company have a fix for this???

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Warm Setting is the hottest setting If I want this crock-pot to boil within 30 minutes all I have to do is use the warm setting. The high setting is hot, the low setting is hot, and the warm setting is the hottest. I don't dare leave this unit unattended and consequently rarely use it. I have to rely on my older and smaller slow cooker when I want to cook a slow cooker meal.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not a happy customer Have only owned this product for about 5 months and learned immediately there is not a big difference in "warm" and "high". The stone insert ended up cracking and breaking the last time we used on "warm" to keep mashed potatoes warm for a dinner. Just thankful it was of solid substance and didn't happen with a pot full of roast and juice when we were away.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Worked great...until digital component died. We've been using our crockpot for over a year and have really liked it. The timer feature was one of the main reasons we picked this crockpot. Unfortunately the digital element broke today while we were cooking in it... huge bummer. Thankfully we noticed it was off within an hour so food was still warm and we could transfer to pot on stovetop. Would have been really sad if we hadn't noticed for hours. Gave fair rating because we liked it so much..but now it's unusable.
