Rated 5 out of 5 by martigras The perfect crock pot We were lucky to have found this for a lot less money and love it. We'd had the same 3.5 - 4 qt. for most of our 18 yrs. together. I always felt let down because I couldn't fit too much in that older, smaller one, other than the meat. Right now I have a 5 lb. pork tenderloin it, along with 13 potatoes, and a small bag of baby carrots. When the hubby came home from Walmart, on his way home from work, he had this gorgeous, red crock pot. for me and it was instant love. I'm 58 yrs. old and well remember the older models that the stoneware didn't come out for easier cleaing, plus, held so little stuff. January 28, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by SandiT Dissapointed in the Crock Pot name The liner for this crock pot starting cracking right away. i was alway very careful not to put have a drastic heat change. Last night when I went to lift it out of the cooker a big chunk where the handle is just came off. September 18, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Ponygirl Love it, but disappointed I have always used Crockpots, my husband bought me this one for Christmas 2012, to replace the last one that I had for 10 years. Nothing wrong with the old one, but this one was bigger and I loved the carrying case that came with it. (I actually gave my old one to a friend who is still using it). January 2014, while towel drying it after dinner, I notice a huge crack along the side, down across the bottom. It went all the way through the stoneware. I was very upset because I've used crocks for years and years and this never happened before. Since the heating unit and carrying case are still in excellent shape, I have just ordered a replacement stoneware insert for it. I won't give up on Crockpot brand, I am wondering if it was just a defect. Hopefully the new insert will last! January 30, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Heather Wonderful for family meals! I love my Crock-Pot products. This size is great for my family of boys and the color allows me to bake on staining foods (i.e. brown gravy/barbeque sauces) and wash out with relative ease with no stains showing, unlike a light color crock. Rated 1 out of 5 by resortmom insert crock cracks I owned one of these for a few months...the liner cracked and I was afraid to use it...bought a second one and the same thing happened. It cracked clear through the liner. I only used each pot about 6 times... July 8, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Fish Does not stand the test of time. After only using it 5 or 6 times - all on the low setting, the pot has hairline cracks all over the bottom of it. I see by the other reviews this is not an isolated incident. August 11, 2014
