I want a refund.

If you are not completely satisfied with your Crock-Pot® Cuisine meal kits, or you are missing meals from your order, please call our Customer Service team at 888-397-2855 and we will issue you a credit for the meal kit(s) you were not satisfied with.

I didn’t receive an email confirmation for my order.

Be sure to check the email that you used to setup your account. Check your SPAM folder and set your email settings to receive emails from Info@CrockPotCuisine.com.

I just placed my order online. How will I know the order was received?

You will receive an email confirmation once you sign up and another email once your order has been delivered from our culinary center.
