How do I make changes to my Cuisine Rewards Club deliveries?
Once you've subscribed, Cuisine Rewards Club is easy to manage. You can change your next order date, skip an order, change your selected frequency, or cancel a subscription by visiting 'My Cuisine Rewards Club' located in the 'My Account' section on Crock-Pot.com. Please allow up to 24 hours for modifications or cancellations to be processed.
To change an order date:
To skip a delivery:
- To change your next order date, please visit the 'My Next Delivery' tab under 'My Cuisine Rewards Club', click on 'Edit Date' near the next order date, then select a new date for your order. This will change the order date for the entire order.
- If the Cuisine Rewards Club order contains multiple items, and you would only like to change the order date of a single item, please visit the 'My Subscriptions' tab and identify the individual item you would like to modify. Please click the next order date for the individual item and select your desired next order date from the pop-up calendar.
To change your shipment frequency:
- To skip a Cuisine Rewards Club order, please visit the 'My Next Delivery' tab under 'My Subscriptions' and click on 'Skip Order' near the next order date to skip the entire order.
To pause Cuisine Rewards Club:
- To modify the delivery frequency for a Cuisine Rewards Club item, please visit the 'My Subscriptions' tab. On this tab, the current delivery frequency is displayed next to each meal in a drop down menu.
- To change the delivery frequency for an individual subscription item, simply click the arrow of the frequency drop down next to the meal you would like to modify and select your next desired frequency from the pull down menu.
- To pause Cuisine Rewards Club for an item, please visit the 'My Subscriptions' tab and simply click the 'edit' link next to the desired item. In the drop down section, click on ‘Cancel Subscription'. You'll be prompted to confirm this action and indicate your reason for cancelling. Once you've chosen a reason and confirmed the choice, your subscription will be cancelled and no future orders will be placed. You will also receive an email notification confirming this.
Please allow up to 24 hours for any modifications or cancellations to be processed.
How do I make changes to my Cuisine Rewards Club account information?
To review or modify your Cuisine Rewards Club account information, visit 'My Cuisine Rewards Club' located within the 'My Account' section on our site. You can change the shipping address or payment information for an individual order or at the subscription item level, which is the default option and will affect all future orders. You can also change the item quantity and delivery frequency.
- To make updates to your personal account information, please select either the 'My Next Delivery' tab or the 'My Subscriptions' tab.
- To change your shipping address, please click on 'Edit' located within the Shipping Information box. This address will apply to all subscriptions and future orders unless otherwise noted.
- To change your billing information, please click on 'Edit' located within the Billing Information box. This address will apply to all subscriptions and future orders unless otherwise noted.
Please remember to press OK and verify that your updated information saved successfully. We kindly ask that you allow up to 24 hours for modifications or cancellations to be processed.
How do I add items to my existing Cuisine Rewards Club deliveries?
By adding items to your current Cuisine Rewards Club deliveries, you’ll be able to receive 5% off these items and benefit from free shipping if your order total is more than $70!
To add items, log into your Crock-Pot.com account. Then, go to the product page of your desired item and click on the orange button that says “Add this to my order”. If the product is eligible for the Cuisine Rewards Club, you’ll be able to choose your frequency and opt into subscriptions. Otherwise, the product will be added to your upcoming Cuisine Rewards Club order.
How do I join the Crock-Pot® Cuisine Rewards Club?
Creating a Cuisine Rewards Club subscription for an item is easy; it can be done while browsing on a product page, in the "quick view" section on the category page, or while reviewing items in the shopping cart. To subscribe, simply select the Cuisine Rewards Club option for your desired product, select your preferred shipment frequency, and then check out as normal
What is the difference between the ‘My Next Delivery’ and ‘My Subscriptions’ tabs?
The 'My Next Delivery' tab shows the details for your next scheduled order. An order may contain more than one individual item scheduled for Cuisine Rewards Club if the items have the same order date, shipping address, billing address, and payment information.
The 'My Subscriptions' tab displays individual Cuisine Rewards Club items and all associated details for that individual subscription including next order date, delivery frequency, quantity, shipping address, billing address and payment information.
What will happen after I join the Crock-Pot® Cuisine Rewards Club?
After you join the Cuisine Rewards Club service, you will receive an email confirming your subscription. This email will include a link to access 'My Cuisine Rewards Club' where you can manage your future orders, Cuisine Rewards Club items and Cuisine Rewards Club account information.
We will place your Cuisine Rewards Club orders automatically according to your selected frequency, and you will only be billed on the day the order is shipped. 10 days prior to each order, we will send you an email reminder. You will also receive email notifications regarding other important information related to your Cuisine Rewards Club account, such as item discontinuation, subscription cancellation, or order placement confirmations.
