Rated 1 out of 5 by from A failure Pot roast in the crockpot for 6 hours and strangely it was not done so added another 2 hours. Not even hot! Crunchy carrots, meat stuck to the bone, etc. Not like the old one which we loved for the last 8 years, until the crock cracked. Phoey!!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Doesn't do it's job!! This crockpot just does not heat up enough to cook a meal. I replaced my old one with this and cooked a pot roast the same way I always have. I cooked it on high for 4 hours, and it never even made the liquid bubble. It wasn't anywhere near done, so I let it cook longer. It took about 12 hours for my meal to be done, and I had to make other dinner plans that night. I just tried the same meal again, and am disappointed because the same thing happened and now I'm figuring out what to do for dinner tonight since it's not ready after 6 hours of cooking!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Returned I had nothing but problems with this item and finally had to just return it to the store. Don't know if this will be posted my last two were censored thought I'd submit another less critical.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed I have experimented with this crockpot several times. There is no difference between the "high" setting and the "low" setting. Meals in my previous crockpot were done to perfection in 4-5 hours on high. With this crock pot the meal is not even close to being cooked with two consecutive 4 hour settings on high. I've tried both high and low settings for several hours and there is no difference. Wish I had not wasted my money on this 4 quart, Digital Slow Cooker.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very Disappointed Had this model for several months, tried many things. It does not get hot enough to cook food. Used high and reset twice. My 20 year old crockpot does great. I fear we'll get sick on uncooked food.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from A little disappointed. I have an older version of Crock-Pot and another brand also. Both of those heat up faster than this Crock-Pot model. Also the power cord on this one is stiff, a problem I have experienced with other electrical products made in China. It is quite annoying! You can't make the cord lay where I want it because it has a mind of it's own.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Upgraded from my manual to a smaller digital So far I'm a fan of the digital crock-pot, I had a manual and upgraded after my husband dropped and broke the one we had and loved for 4 years. It did give off a slight odor the first time we plugged it in that made my husband question the safety of EVER cooking in our apartment again. It cooked evenly and I like that it turns itself off after it is done with the timer but I would love for it to just set to warm as the food was then cold by the time we got home. Guess I'll just need to plan better next time.
