Our home-cooked, rich and savory Rustic Beef Stew will warm you from the inside out. Made with fork-tender seasoned beef blended with chunky baker potatoes, baby carrots and sweet caramelized onions in a flavorful demi-glace sauce, our all-natural beef stew is a hearty, delicious meal that will leave you satisfied.
Ingredients: Potatoes, Carrots, Cooked Diced Beef (Beef, Water, Rice Starch, Salt, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Spice), Demi Glaze Sauce (Water, Beef Rib-eye Flavor Concentrate [Cooked Beef Rib-eye Including Juices, Corn Oil, Beef Fat, Yeast Extract, Beef Flavor, and Flavor], Corn Starch, Red Wine, Mushroom Base [Sautéed Mushrooms, Mushroom Extract, Salt, Flavoring, Canola Oil, Sugar, Potato Flour, Onion Powder], Mushrooms, Onions, Salt, Soybean Oil, Spices, Xanthan Gum, Yeast Extract, Onion Powder, Flavors), Caramelized Onions, Celery.

Chef Inspired Tips:
  • Replace half the cold water with dry red wine when beginning to cook.
  • Add fresh or frozen pearl onions, to taste, when beginning to cook.
  • Add a teaspoon of fresh minced rosemary when beginning to cook.
  • Top stew with fresh minced parsley and serve with garlic bread.
  • Top stew with garlic-flavored croutons for added crunch.
  • Add one cup rinsed and drained white beans during the last hour of cooking.
  • Add one cup sliced button mushrooms or portobello mushrooms during the last hour of cooking.
Makes 4 servings and can be cooked in any 4-7Qt Crock-Pot® Slow Cooker.

HIGH POWER preparation:
  • Total cook time: 4 hours
  • Remove pouches from carton.
  • Open pouches #1 and #2 and pour into Crock-Pot® Slow Cooker.
  • Add a ½ cup cold water to Crock-Pot® slow cooker.
  • Cover and set on high for 4 hours.
  • Serve and enjoy.

DO NOT REMOVE LID DURING COOKING. THIS MAY RESULT IN A COLD OR UNDERCOOKED PRODUCT.

LOW POWER preparation:
  • Total cook time: 8 hours
  • Remove pouches from carton.
  • Open pouches #1 and #2 and pour into Crock-Pot® Slow Cooker.
  • Add a 1 cup cold water to Crock-Pot® slow cooker.
  • Cover and set on low for 8 hours.
  • Serve and enjoy.
  • DO NOT REMOVE LID DURING COOKING. THIS MAY RESULT IN A COLD OR UNDERCOOKED PRODUCT.

    For food safety and quality, follow cooking instructions to ensure that the product reaches an internal temperature of 165°F
