Peppermint Pretzel Bark Candies
Holiday parties are for socializing and reminiscing. That's why homemade, bite-sized treats are everybody's favorite because they can easily enjoy a handful while still making the rounds. These treats are also perfect for cookie-swap parties.

Ingredients:

  • 1 (20 ounce) package vanilla-flavor candy coating, coarsely chopped
  • 6 ounces white baking chocolate with cocoa butter, coarsely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons butter-flavor shortening
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1 (16 ounce package) pretzel twists, coarsely chopped (about 8 cups)
  • 3/4 cup coarsely crushed striped round peppermint candies (about 28 candies)
  • 3 ounces dark chocolate, coarsely chopped

Directions

  1. Use a Crock-Pot® Slow Cooker Liner for the bottom of your slow cooker.
  2. Add candy coating, white chocolate and shortening into your slow cooker.
  3. Stir to combine.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 1 1/2 hours until mixture is smooth, stirring every 30 minutes.
  5. Mix in peppermint extract.
  6. Add pretzel twists and peppermint candies.
  7. Turn off slow cooker and allow candies to sit at room temperature until firm.
  8. Meanwhile, melt dark chocolate until smooth.
  9. Drizzle over candies and sprinkle with additional crushed peppermint if desired.
  10. Allow candies to sit at room temperature until firm.

Peach Graham Cracker Upside-Down Cake
Ginger and nutmeg add a nice touch of spice to this sweet upside-down cake that can be enjoyed any time of the year. It's best served warm with a dollop of vanilla ice cream on top.

Ingredients:

  •  3 medium peaches, peeled, pitted and sliced
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons snipped crystallized ginger or 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg 
  • Ice cream, for serving

Directions

  1. Use a liner for the inside of your slow cooker.
  2. Add sliced peaches to the bottom.
  3. Heat brown sugar, butter and ginger over medium heat in a saucepan, until butter is melted and sugar is dissolved.
  4. Pour hot mixture over peaches and gently mix to coat.
  5. In a bowl, combine the milk and crushed graham crackers.
  6. In another bowl, mix together the 1 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup butter on medium until combined.
  7. Beat in egg.
  8. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt and nutmeg.
  9. Add half of the flour mixture to butter mixture, beating on low until combined. Stir in graham cracker mixture. Beat in the remaining flour mixture just until combined.
  10. Spread batter over peach mixture in slow cooker.
  11. Cover and cook on high for 2 1/2 hours, until toothpick comes out clean.
  12. Serve with ice cream if desired.

Orange-Caramel Pudding Cake
If you've never tried the mouth-watering combination of orange zest and caramel, you're in for a real treat with this recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup dried currants or raisins
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon finely shredded orange peel
  • 3/4 cup orange juice
  • 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Caramel-flavor ice cream, for topping
  • Chopped pecans, for topping 

Directions

  1. Use a liner for the inside of your slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, combine the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
  3. Mix in milk and melted butter. Stir to combine.
  4. Add in pecans and currants.
  5. Evenly spread the batter in your prepared slow cooker.
  6. In a saucepan, bring water, orange peel, orange juice, brown sugar and 1 tablespoon butter to a boil.
  7. Stir until brown sugar is dissolved, reduce heat.
  8. Gently boil for 2 minutes, uncovered.
  9. Carefully pour into slow cooker over mixture.
  10. Cover and cook on low for 4 1/2 to 5 hours.
  11. Turn off slow cooker and let dessert sit for 45 minutes, uncovered, to cool.

Triple Chocolate Peanut Butter Pudding
Pudding is the perfect dessert to enjoy after a big holiday meal and this rich and decadent triple chocolate peanut butter recipe will be a big hit.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 cup chocolate milk or regular milk
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter-flavor pieces
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate pieces
  • 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 cups boiling water 

Directions

  1. Use a liner for the inside of your slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder and baking powder.
  3. Add chocolate milk, oil and vanilla.
  4. Stir until mixture is moistened.
  5. Add in peanut butter pieces, chocolate pieces and peanuts.
  6. Spread batter evenly in the prepared cooker.
  7. In another medium bowl, combine 3/4 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons cocoa powder. Slowly stir in boiling water.
  8. Carefully pour cocoa mixture over batter in cooker.
  9. Cover and cook on high for 2 to 2 1/2 hours or until a toothpick inserted into center of cake comes out clean.
