- 2 slices of bread
- 1/2 cup turkey breast, shredded
- 1 teaspoon cranberry sauce
- 2 tablespoons stuffing.
Spread cranberry sauce on one slice of bread and lay it flat in the bottom of your slow cooker. Then spread one layer of stuffing on the slice of bread, followed by the turkey. - 1 1/2 cups turkey, diced
- 1/2 cup apple, diced with skin on
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Sliced bread.
In your slow cooker, combine turkey, apples, curry powder, ginger onions and pepper. Add in the mayonnaise and mix all ingredients well. Cover and heat on low for 1 to 2 hours. Stir well and serve sandwiched between two slices of bread.

- 2 turkey breasts, halved (boneless and skinless)
- 1 bottle beer of your choice
- 1 pouch onion soup mix
- 1/2 cup butter, cubed
- French rolls, split.
In a bowl, combine the beer, butter and onion mix. Blend together well and then add to your slow cooker along with the turkey breasts. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours, or until meat is tender. Serve on sliced French rolls and enjoy with a cold drink.
