Looking for a tasty dessert to keep your friends warm as winter winds down? Opt for this delicious bread pudding recipe, which blends peaches, pecans and rich spices to form a scrumptious meal you won't be able to resist sharing.

You'll Need:

  • 1 loaf of day-old French bread, cubed
  • 4 tablespoons butter, cubed
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 can of peaches, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup pecans
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon

Cover the bottom of your Crock-Pot® Manual Slow Cooker with a liner, then add cubed bread, peaches and pecans. In a large mixing bowl, add eggs, milk, cream, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Whisk the ingredients together until they're well-blended, then pour into the slow cooker. Fold the contents of your bread pudding together until the mixture is cohesive, then cover the appliance. Set the slow cooker to high and allow the dessert to cook for about 3 to 4 hours. Use a knife to discern when the edges are spongy enough to separate from the stoneware.
