Having a girls' night? Chances are, you've already prepped your favorite glasses, picked out a movie and cleaned your couch for your guests, but if you're still mulling over your menu, fret no further. Get out your Crock-Pot® Slow Cooker and get to work - your cocktail party is about to go from simple to chic with these simple and sweet recipes from Crock-Pot® Brand Ambassador Jenn Bare.

Start Off With Hot Apple Martinis
Looking for a fun and festive drink to serve to your girls? Try this fall favorite that mixes the complexities of a martini with the sweet tang of apple. Begin by blending 3 cups of apple juice and 2 cinnamon sticks in your slow cooker, setting it to high for 1-2 hours. Add 1 cup of vanilla vodka and stir, then turn the slow cooker down to warm. In a small bowl, combine 1/4 cup sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, stirring until well-blended. Coat the rims of your martini glasses with a dab of lemon juice, then dip the glasses into the sugar mix. Serve your apple martinis while they're still hot, garnishing with a small apple slice.

Stuffed Artichokes and Mushrooms Are the Perfect Nosh
Pecorino Romano cheese, lemon, parsley and olive oil give regular canned artichokes a great flavor and a touch of sophistication, but without all the hassle of cleaning the fresh veggies. For an earthier bite, mushrooms filled with Gruyere and sausage are filling and complement the tart flavor of your apple martinis.

Finish With Marshmallow Chocolate Fondue
Show off your crafty cooking skills by preparing this simple marshmallow chocolate fondue. In your Crock-Pot® Slow Cooker, combine 2 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips, 7 ounces marshmallow fluff, 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk, 1/2 cup evaporated milk and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Use a large spoon to fold ingredients together, then turn the slow cooker on low and cover. For 1-2 hours, open the lid and stir every 30 minutes. Continue this process until the ingredients are smooth and well-blended. Turn the slow cooker to warm and serve with your favorite fruits and dippers, including apples, strawberries, pretzels and pineapples.

Please drink responsibly. Obey legal drinking age laws.
